Initial Phase: Prequalification & Estimate
- We connect with you to learn project details: ownership, scope of work, budget, and timeframe.
- If qualified, we schedule an in-home appointment to review details, take initial measurements, and prepare a preliminary estimate.
- We provide a proposal—often with multiple options—for your review.
- You can accept, request revisions, or decline.
Design Phase: Turning Vision into Plans
- A 60% down payment secures your project.
- We begin design work, including CAD floor plans, renderings, and material selection.
- Our designers guide you in choosing materials, which are then finalized in your updated estimate. Adjustments are made as needed.
- Once approved, materials are ordered, permits are submitted, and a project start date is scheduled.
Construction Phase: Bringing It All to Life
- A project walkthrough with our team, subcontractors, and you ensures clarity on scope before work begins.
- Materials are delivered and trades are scheduled.
- Construction begins, with clear communication on any changes (formal Change Orders issued if necessary).
- After rough-in inspections are passed, a 20% progress payment is invoiced.
- Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough, address punch list items, complete a final clean, and issue the final invoice. The last 20% is due upon inspection sign-off.
